Id\u0151k\u00f6zben meg\u00e9rkezett a v\u00e1lasz is, amit a poszt v\u00e9g\u00e9n olvashattok.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Teljes hidrol\u00edzis,<em> vagy<\/em> k\u00e9t vegy\u00fclet keletkezik?<\/h3>\n<p>A 2. feladat (esettanulm\u00e1ny) 2. a) k\u00e9rd\u00e9se \u00edgy hangzik:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2. a) Adja meg a sz\u00f6vegben szerepl\u0151 aminosav-sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e9k teljes hidrol\u00edzisekor k\u00e9pz\u0151d\u0151 k\u00e9t szerves vegy\u00fclet nev\u00e9t! Nevezze meg az alkot\u00f3r\u00e9szeket \u00f6sszekapcsol\u00f3 egyik funkci\u00f3s csoportot (\u201ek\u00f6t\u00e9st\u201d) is!<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A sz\u00f6vegben szerepl\u0151 aminosav-sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e9k az aszpart\u00e1m, szerkezetileg egy dipeptid metil\u00e9sztere (l\u00e1sd a k\u00e9pletet). Teh\u00e1t <em>h\u00e1rom<\/em> term\u00e9kre sz\u00e1m\u00edthatunk. Ehhez k\u00e9pest a feladat sz\u00f6veg\u00e9ben <em>k\u00e9t<\/em> term\u00e9k szerepel. Ezen a ponton kezdtem gondolkodni, m\u00e1r a feladatsor kit\u00f6lt\u00e9se sor\u00e1n: vajon melyik kett\u0151re gondolhatott a feladat\u00edr\u00f3? A feladat sz\u00f6veg\u00e9ben ugyanis ellentmond\u00e1s van: ha ugyanis<em> k\u00e9t<\/em> term\u00e9k keletkezik, nem teljes a hidrol\u00edzis, hanem csak r\u00e9szleges. Vagy az \u00e9szterk\u00f6t\u00e9s hasad el, ez esetben egy dipeptidet (aszpartil-fenilalanin) \u00e9s metanolt kapunk. Vagy pedig a peptidk\u00f6t\u00e9s, ekkor a term\u00e9kek aszparaginsav \u00e9s fenilalanin-metil\u00e9szter.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
